Our Business

  • Superb Logistics handles an average of 3000 TEU monthly with a volume capability of 4500 TEU
  • 200 customers around all the regions (Klang Valley, Southern , Northern & East Coast)
  • 24/7 operations for custom clearance, delivery operations , customer experience , operations control centre for efficient & reliable coordination with customers & port
  • In-house maintenance team – to support delivery and operations requirements
  • 24 hours satellite tracking technology throughout all line hauls to ensure efficiency, reliability, safety and security
  • Delivery systems of work are planned; CS representatives will follow up and attend to queries from customers on booked delivery status – Orders receiving / EXPORT & IMPORT / Laden and Empty / Internal and External customers, Return for collections, Container staging slots for reefer units at our own yard with temperature monitoring process.
  • Customer’s requirements , information, instruction, training and supervision are provided for all Operations personnel and drivers who operate/work with, on managing our fleets

  • The company’s fleet includes the latest trucking and trailer equipment.
  • Prime movers, trailers and side loaders are designed with reefer generator, provided and maintained in a condition that is safe and without risk.

Drivers Management
  • Customer’s business requirements, information, instruction, training and supervision are provided to drivers who operate or work with, on managing our fleets and deliveries.
  • Drivers are trained to ensure freight received is fully inspected, accountability for freight received is consistent (as per the manifest provided), and that freight is loaded in a timely and intelligent manner
Forwarding Documents Expertise
  • Application “Phyto” cert from Ministry of Agriculture –
  • Frozen & fresh fruits imports and exports
  • Dedicated team stationed at North Port and West Port
  • Application of Certificate of Origin
  • Pre clearance before ETA lead time of 4 hours

Phyto” – an official document issued by the Horticulture and Plant Health Division of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine to indicate that consignments of plants, plant products or other regulated articles meet specified phyto sanitary import requirements, and are in conformity with the requirements of the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of the Importing Country.
